The Sowers & Reapers Foundation is a faith-based organization rooted in the Christian principles reflected in John 4:34-38 and organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The primary mission is to provide para-church support in the way of education with also basic need supplies to individuals who are dealing with catastrophic events in their lives such raising children in severe destitute poverty in third world countries; including but not limited to the widows and orphans of genocidal wars.

The mission of the Foundation is to provide a structured means for individuals, corporations, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to make monetary and non‑monetary contributions for charitable purposes. Donors may direct their contributions to a qualified charity of their choice or may authorize The Sowers & Reapers Foundation share their contribution with a qualified charitable recipient selected from categories listed with the Foundation’s partners in alignment with its X99 framework.

The Foundation may create and administer designated charitable funds, program categories, or focus areas through which donors may direct contributions, provided that all contributions are used solely for purposes consistent with section 501(c)(3). The Foundation shall operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and shall not carry on any activities not permitted for organizations exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding future federal tax laws.
